Abstract: This Deliverable outlines the final state of the different components and functionalities developed, operated and integrated within WP4 during the whole AI4EOSC project activities. In the present document all the services and functionalities carried out by WP4 are described as part of the AI4EOSC second release (AI4EOSC 2nd Release).Both architecture and final implementation are presented and discussed for each component such as the workload management system, the PaaS orchestration and provisioning, the AI as a service system, the advanced tools for AI including federated learning, distributed learning and incremental learning, and finally the CVAT tool for image labeling together with CI/CD techniques implementations defined in collaboration with WP5.
