Abstract: his dataset contains anonymized survey responses from a study investigating the impact of mindless scrolling on mental, social, spiritual, and physical wellbeing in Pakistan. Data were collected in 2025 from young adults through a structured questionnaire. Variables include demographic information, daily phone use, types of content consumed, psychological effects, social behaviors, spiritual practices, and physical health indicators. Interview transcripts are not included in this dataset due to confidentiality restrictions.
