Motion–Gravity–Thermodynamics Rul

Abstract: We present a compact, falsifiable rule linking motion and gravity to thermodynamics. Any system carries an energetic excess ΔE relative to its environment and can exchange it through multiple channels. A lossless geometric layer sets inertial trajectories and local clock rates; a dissipative multi-channel layer apportions how ΔE is drained. In vacuum (all drains closed), free fall is universal and mass-independent; once dissipative channels open (drag, tides, radiation), observed motion is modulated by how much power each channel drains. This recovers the equivalence principle as a lossless statement and explains real deviations as energy accounting.
