Abstract: All data supporting the findings of the publication "TNF⍺-mediated myeloid-instructed CD14+CD4+ T cells within the tumor microenvironment are associated with poor survival in non-small cell lung cancer", including MIBI data (phenotyped cells with the mean of intensities per marker), GeoMx data (both dcc files and count data) and patient data.
