Abstract: This research introduces a Generative AI-enabled framework for digital transformation in enterprise systems. The study integrates predictive analytics, decision automation, and AI-driven decision-making to enhance operational efficiency, reduce delays, and minimize manual interventions. A simulated case study demonstrates significant improvements in decision accuracy, real-time operational responsiveness, and predictive analytics capabilities. The proposed framework offers a scalable and intelligent approach to automating enterprise processes, contributing to the future of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
