Abstract: This document presents a technical detection framework for analyzing photonic signals potentially used by extraterrestrial intelligences, based on timing-based logic encodings rather than amplitude or frequency. It includes a detailed signal hypothesis, physics validation, and a simulation appendix (v1.2) with FFT analysis. Developed using the HaloLogic™ system for circular photonic logic detection.
