It addresses themes such as job stability, just cause, due process, section transfer, service time calculation, reintegration after criminal conviction, and protection of workers nearing retirement. The analysis reveals the crucial role of the CNT in mediating labor conflicts and building a legal framework that protects workers' rights, contributing to social justice and stability in labor relations.
