Abstract: NMFS has received an application from the City of Santa Cruz (City) for an incidental take permit (ITP) pursuant to Section 10(a)(1)(B) of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA; 16 United States Code [U.S.C.] § 1531 et seq.) for federally threatened Central California Coast (CCC) steelhead (Oncorhynchus mykiss) (steelhead) and federally endangered CCC coho salmon (O. kisutch) (coho) (Covered Species).
