Abstract: This article presents the Universal Functional Coherence Theory (UFCT) as a unifying proposal for modern physics. The starting point lies in two fundamental equations: Dynamic Equation (E1): describes the Becoming of reality, that is, the irreversible evolution of the coherence field χ, governed by the universal functional dissipation (−κ·Dχ·ψ·χ²). This law introduces the arrow of time as an ontological principle. Equilibrium Equation (E2): defines the Being of reality, a structural attractor χ_eq = (αℛ + βη)/ψ, representing the stable states toward which evolution converges. Here, space and persistent structures crystallize. Together, these two laws form the source code of reality, explaining how space, time, matter, and information emerge from a single functional process of coherence. UFCT provides clear answers to fundamental dilemmas: The arrow of time naturally arises from the dissipative term χ². Quantum collapse is reinterpreted as natural convergence toward the attractor χ_eq. The Big Bang and black holes are no longer singularities but states of functional saturation. Dark matter and dark energy emerge as different regimes of the coherence field χ. In addition, the theory presents quantitative predictions (κ ≈ 0.17; d_f ≈ 4.125; Ξ₀ as the ontological pixel), confirmed by numerical simulations showing entropy growth, universal attractors, and consistent dissipation laws. Indirect evidence already appears in fractal analyses of galaxies, Bose–Einstein condensate experiments, and photonic systems. Finally, the article describes experimental protocols for validation and falsification, as well as structural connections with current physics programs (such as LQG, RQM, and holography), also highlighting potential future applications in quantum materials, precision sensors, and functional computing. This is a bold and innovative work, and we are therefore open to constructive criticism, suggestions, and research partnerships.
