Abstract: This Letter of Declaration establishes the Magnetic Information Density (MID) Paradigm as a new theoretical framework in fundamental physics. Clyde Jermaine Wilcox introduces MID as a dimensionless, topological measure of structured information encoded in magnetic fields, positioning it as the substrate of vacuum stability and cosmic dynamics.
