Abstract: Faculty absence and delays remain a major challenge in educational institutions, often disrupting class schedules and affecting student learning. This project, Facul Track, provides an automated faculty attendance and substitution management solution to ensure smooth academic operations. The system tracks faculty presence in real time for each class period and alerts the Head of Department (HOD) if a faculty member is absent or late. It also intelligently suggests substitute faculty members based on availability and timetable schedules, thereby reducing manual intervention. With its lightweight design, user-friendly interface, and efficient backend logic, Facul Track ensures uninterrupted teaching, minimizes administrative burden, and enhances overall institutional efficiency, making it a valuable tool for modern educational management.
