Abstract: The paper examines the object of study of the theory of change, that is, a set of measures taken to transform an organization, which are carried out by the company in the long term and are entirely consistent with its strategic goals and objectives. In this regard, the theory of change is considered in the paper as a process of socio-economic transformation, which can be affected. In its importance, it is necessary at the micro and macro levels, that is, both for the organization itself and for the economic growth of the country.
