Abstract: The Universal Flow Model (EAM) provides an interdisciplinary framework spanning physics, cosmology, mathematics, and information sciences. Its technological extension, the Reflexive Processing Unit (RPU), introduces a revolutionary architecture that fundamentally departs from the static 0/1 logic of classical transistors. At its core lies the Reflexive Cell, a patented element sensitive to its own state change rate (ΔC/Δt). It activates only when meaningful variations occur in the data stream, thereby drastically reducing energy consumption, enhancing adaptability, and enabling real-time hardware-level reflexes. This paradigm directly addresses the three major crises of modern computing — energy inefficiency, lack of adaptability, and latency — offering not just a faster processor, but a new foundation where hardware and software evolve together as a reflexive, adaptive system.
