Наукоємність сучасної лекції: від традицій – до інновацій

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article addresses the problem of defining the scientific content of a modern lecture in the context of higher education. Based on a retrospective analysis, it reveals the processes of development of this educational form and details the presence of scientific material in its preparation and delivery. Certain methodological and didactic approaches are identified that, during different stages of the historical development of higher education, influenced the scientific content of the lecture. The article emphasizes the importance of the lecturer’s interpretation, the emotional dimension, and the mastery involved in constructing a modern lecture on the basis of scientific knowledge. The scientific content of a modern lecture is considered as an indicator of the specified form of education, with particular attention focused on the fact that the skill of interpreting scientific knowledge is of particular importance for ensuring its effectiveness. The assumption is made that the fact of the presence of scientific knowledge, research results in a certain specialty within the framework of lecture classes, which are not voiced and not interpreted by teachers/lecturers, cannot claim to be scientifically intensive, because they are only educational material, which without explanations, comments, and interpretations of the teacher may remain unnoticed by students. It is proven that scientifically intensive facts in the interpretation of the teacher have an emotional coloring and, within the framework of a lecture class, can encourage thinking to the level of scientific insight. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the construction and selection of scientific facts for the design of a modern lecture in the context of higher education are characterized. It is noted that the current state of higher education in Ukraine is determined by not very encouraging facts, namely: a long period of distance learning due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the beginning of a full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine in 2022, which has significantly affected the educational process. However, the modern Ukrainian educational environment has learned to function in critical conditions of martial law, daily shelling, and the destruction of educational institutions, without losing its capacity for development.
