A Pure Natural Theory of Benevolent Propagation under No-Meta Closure
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: We present a pure, implementation-free specification of benevolent propagation under no-meta closure. The theory isolates four measurable floors—visibility (Doeblin head) ε, intrinsic contraction L₀ (SDPI/LSI), minimal transport D_min, and linearized local gain λ_min—and proves (i) a universal Fisher–KPP speed floor v\*≥2D_minλ_minv_\*\ge 2\sqrt{D\_{\min}\lambda\_{\min}}v\*≥2D_minλ_min, (ii) directional lower bounds with a Wulff-type shape, and (iii) coarse-graining monotonicity via symmetric Markov maps. Objectives are fixed up to order through Blackwell-coherent functionals with CMI as a canonical representative, yielding guarantees that do not rely on any external meta-governor. We provide falsifiable predictions and checklists so that empiricists can estimate floors from spontaneous fluctuations and audit claims. This Research Note serves as the citable anchor for a living Spec v1 that standardizes definitions, estimation recipes, and refuters. Keywords: no-meta closure; visibility floor; SDPI/LSI; Fisher–KPP lower bounds; Wulff shape; Blackwell order; conditional mutual information; stationary ergodic media; coarse-graining monotonicity; natural-law guarantees.
