Abstract: This paper proposes a novel, multi-stage methodology for the detoxification and bio-enhancement of elemental mercury. The process utilizes a synergistic combination of natural materials—Ocimum tenuiflorum (Tulasi), activated carbon (Coal), porous volcanic rock, and coral—for purification. It is hypothesized that this purified element, when introduced to a primary plant host, acts not as a toxin but as a unique bio-catalyst, creating an "enhancer" plant. The essence of this enhancer plant is then proposed for use on Cocos nucifera (Coconut Palm) to produce a "natural superfood" with significantly elevated nutritional and hypothesized bio-energetic properties. This framework outlines the theoretical principles and a proposed path for experimental validation.
