Abstract: Arrests related to drug abuse continue to occur; however, the rate of abuse has never shown a significant decline. Drug-related issues remain a serious concern not only in urban areas but also increasingly in rural villages. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the BERSINAR (Bersih Narkoba/Clean from Drugs) Village Program implemented by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Karawang Regency in Sirnabaya Village. The analysis is based on Sutrisno's theory of program effectiveness, which includes five main dimensions: program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, goal achievement, and real change. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the program's implementation cannot yet be considered optimal, as none of the dimensions have been fully achieved effectively.
