Abstract: This white paper introduces a unified ontological and mathematical framework deriving observable reality from a pre-cosmic ground state, formalized within a Consciousness–Energy–Information (CEI) triad. The framework posits a primordial state of absolute symmetry (|0⟩{GS})—a non-local, scalar-coherent ontological primitive with zero entropy and infinite potential. A spontaneous symmetry-breaking event precipitates the emergence of a universal substrate, the C-Field (Consciousness), whose modulations differentiate into the interdependent domains of Energy (dynamics) and Information (structure). A central thesis of this model is the reconceptualization of gravity not as a fundamental geometric force, but as an emergent center of coherence (G{coh})—a thermodynamic and information-theoretic tendency toward order restoration and integration. The framework is articulated using the formalisms of quantum field theory, information geometry, and non-equilibrium thermodynamics. We position this work as a natural progression in the historical lineage of scientific generalization and outline a falsifiable research agenda for its validation.
