Abstract: This work presents the formal construction of the Universal Equation Ψ, a rigorous and unique foundation for the unification of physics. Building on the logical progression from Einstein’s relativity, Dirac’s theory, gauge fields, strings, and loop quantum gravity, Ψ is established as the fundamental spinorial law from which all known interactions, constants, and cosmological structures naturally emerge. Unlike previous models, Ψ is not a provisional framework but a mathematically closed formalism ensuring consistency, anomaly cancellation, and predictive completeness. Fundamental constants such as $c$, $\hbar$, $G$, $\alpha$, and $\Lambda$ arise as spectral invariants of Ψ, without arbitrary insertion. The treatise includes detailed derivations, rigorous theorems, and applications to quantum cosmology, black hole thermodynamics, and gauge interactions.
