Dark Energy, Dark Matter and Gravity as the Relaxation of Spacetime
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper presents a structural view of gravitation within Continuity Theory. Spacetime encloses energy, and when energy is held by force complexes it generates tension. Gravitation is the relaxation of this tension through curvature, typically spherical in isotropic cases. Dark energy reduces tension by creating space in voids, acting as an overflow mechanism. Dark matter provides stability by balancing potentials between matter and dark energy. Together, these processes form a unified picture of spacetime tension equilibration, explaining gravitation, void growth, and the observed dark-to-visible matter ratio.
