Abstract: This poster, presented at the CoRDI conference, introduces the NFDI4Energy Annotator — a tool that facilitates ontology-based annotation of text in the energy domain. It leverages the Open Energy Ontology and the NFDI4Energy Terminology Service to highlight relevant terms in free text, linking unstructured data to structured knowledge. The tool aims to make research data more FAIR by simplifying semantic annotation, supporting interoperability, and enabling knowledge discovery.
