On the Multiplicity of Eigenvalues of One Symmetrical Matrix of the 5th Order

Abstract: The paper presents sufficient conditions under which the characteristic polynomial corresponding to the considered symmetric matrix with constant coefficients has multiple roots. In each case, the eigenvalues of the matrices are also determined.
