Abstract: This integrated Version 4.0 presents a comprehensive unified field theory where the non-local Consciousness Field (C-Field) serves as the fundamental substrate of reality. The theory provides complete mathematical formalization of how consciousness mediates quantum phenomena, gravitational geometry, and information dynamics. Key innovations include: (1) resolution of the black hole information paradox through ontological state transformation rather than multiverse speculation; (2) theoretical mechanisms for consciousness-mediated technologies including quantum teleportation and warp drive propulsion; (3) testable predictions across quantum, neurological, and cosmological domains. The framework establishes consciousness as a physically operative principle with empirical validation pathways.
