Type: article
Abstract: This work presents a complete physical and mathematical resolution of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture within a fully dimensionless, topological framework. Using the Twistor–Magnetic Information Density (MID) correspondence, the rank of an elliptic curve is expressed as a dimensionless winding integral of a normalized Wilson-like functional. The framework introduces κ* (the Wilcox constant) as a universal coherence threshold, reformulating BSD as a dimensionless condition linking L-function vanishing to magnetic collapse. Twistor-MID eigenmodes provide experimentally testable signatures via STM vortex lattices, NV-center spin spectroscopy, and magnetar oscillations. This unification of arithmetic geometry, quantum topology, and astrophysical observables establishes a scale-invariant, falsifiable resolution of one of mathematics’ most enduring problems.
