Abstract: The aim of this text is to share reflections from the workshop "Autobiographical Narratives and the Processes of Investigation and Training of Biology Teachers" held in 2023 at the VI Regional Meeting of Biology Teaching (EREBIO) of Regional 4 (MG/GO/DF/TO). This discussion is justified as a way to contribute to the deepening of (auto)biographical studies in the field of Education and Biology Teaching. The interest in this theme emerges from the authors' adherence to the biographical method in their training and research practices, which culminated in the creation of a biographical workshop structured in three stages: 1st - writing a (mini)narrative; 2nd - dialogue with theoretical references on (auto)biographical research; 3rd - sharing the autobiographical narrative. In this text, we highlight the potential of autobiographical narratives for the training and investigative processes of Biology teachers. By proposing the construction of knowledge in a shared manner through a horizontal relationship between the subjects involved, the text values subjectivities and intersubjectivity in understanding educational formation and phenomena.
