Abstract: This report outlines the key insights, outcomes, and implications from the workshop titled "Use of Digital Tools in Cultural Tourism Development", conducted in April 2025 at Bibracte as part of the SECreTour Project. The workshop focused on the integration of digital technologies into business models that support cultural heritage tourism. Through presentations, use case reviews, and group activities, participants explored how digital innovations can enhance value creation, delivery, and capture within heritage communities, ensuring that tourism contributes positively to cultural preservation and sustainable development.
