Abstract: The Main Purpose Of The Study Was To Examine The Effectiveness Of Management Information System On Bank Service Delivery In Case Of CBE Dire Dawa Branch. Science Many Thesis Studied Effective Management And Organizational Result or effectivness As Measurement Scale For Management Information System related aspects. This Study Used Advanced Technology And Quality Of Information As Additional Measurement Scale For effective MIS for Better Service Delivery. The Study Used Descriptive Survey Method And Quantitative Approach Was Used. Stratified Sampling Technique Was Employed And Taro Yemane Approach Was Used To Calculate Sample Size. Questioners Were Distributed For 143 Employee Of The Bank. The Data Was Analyzed By Regression And Co-Relation. The Finding Concerned all Elements Significant And Positively Co-Relate With Service Delivery. These Elements Are Advanced Technology Quality Of Data And Effective Management. The Study Recommended That CBE Dire Dawa Branch Must Be Adopt Advanced Technology With Skilled Man Power. For Effective MIS These Is Essential Because It Will Help To Shed Light On The Importance Of Effective MIS On Bank Service Delivery.
