Abstract: This second edition in the EU-CIP Roadmap and Value-Added Report series builds upon the foundation established in the initial report, delivering updated insights and a broader strategic perspective on the evolving landscape of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Critical Infrastructure Resilience (CIR) in Europe. The primary aim of this report is to provide stakeholders—including policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and critical infrastructure operators—with a clear, actionable overview of the current status, emerging trends, capability gaps, and future needs within the CIP/CIR domain. By employing an iterative and consultative methodology, this series ensures that each edition reflects the latest developments and stakeholder feedback, supporting evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning.
