Abstract: Full retraction, initiated by the sole author, of "A Comprehensive Study of Rotating Black Hole Formation as Lattice Fabric Defects in Layered-Spinor Bose-Einstein Cosmology with SU(3) and GR Enhancements" (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.17192697, deposited 24 September 2025). The retraction rests on defects that are checkable rather than interpretive. The governing PDE of Section 5 is not dimensionally consistent: three of its five terms carry different physical dimensions, so the reported result cannot have been obtained from the printed equation. The sympy code in Appendices A and B, presented as dimensional verification, raises AttributeError on execution and cannot produce the outputs attributed to it. The strain value on which the energy amplification depends is contradicted by the paper's own justifying formula, which suppresses rather than amplifies. The coupling constant described as GR-derived (10³⁶ Pa·s) is not the one simulated (10¹⁰ Pa·s), a difference of 52 orders of magnitude in the result. Further errors affect the damping constant, the frame-dragging expression, the predicted strain amplitude and ringdown timescale, and four of the ten references. The notice states in full what is retracted, what remains usable (the odd-viscosity constitutive law and the laboratory-analogue direction), and why correction was judged insufficient. Supporting evidence is deposited separately as an executable archive that reproduces every quantitative ground. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We investigate the formation of a ∼ 3 M⊙ rotating (Kerr) black hole within a speculative layered-spinor Bose-Einstein cosmology (BEC) framework, where black holes emerge as lattice defects in a six-layered spinor fabric. Energy amplification is modeled via 3D lattice simulation incorporating SU(3) vacuum bursts and General Relativity (GR) frame-dragging.We derive the strain–dragging coupling tensor directly from GR stressenergy and a unified coupling law. The resulting amplification reproduces collapse energies to within a factor of ∼ 3 of expectations, while predicting oscillatory signatures testable in gravitational waves. We also propose physically motivated damping mechanisms that yield a realistic ringdown timescale, ensuring the model’s predictions are consistent with observation.
