Abstract: This study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) will affect jobs in the future. It looks at how AI technologies, like automation and machine learning, may change industries by creating new job opportunities while reducing some existing roles. The research highlights which sectors are most likely to be impacted and discusses the skills needed for future employment. It also provides recommendations for workers and policymakers to adapt to these changes. The goal is to give a clear understanding of both the challenges and opportunities AI brings to the job market.
