Abstract: GENOMIRATHEON™ is the first treaty-filed DNA licensing rail developed by Neon Parody Labs.Filed under the Budapest Treaty, GENOMIRATHEON™ transforms gene expression into legally recognized, auditable intellectual property. Each validator-confirmed gene expression event (fluorescence λ 662–664 nm; electrochemical pulses +2.6–2.8 mV) generates an enforceable licensing record. The September 2025 launch introduced a limited issuance of 461 licenses worldwide (314 academic, 111 industrial, 33 sovereign, 3 public-benefit). Early coverage was published via Associated Press, Yahoo Finance, and MarketWatch, and syndication reports showed global readership across the US, EU, China, Norway, and Ireland.
