Transforming Human Resource Management with Artificial Intelligence: Impacts on Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Performance

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Traditional HR methods are undergoing a change as a result of the incorporation of AI into HRM, which opens up new possibilities for enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making. Key human resources tasks, such as recruitment, employee engagement, and overall organizational success, are examined in this article in light of the revolutionary effects of AI. The recruiting process is being transformed by AI-powered tools like chatbots, predictive analytics, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). These tools automate candidate screening, decrease bias, and improve talent matching. Through sentiment analysis, real-time feedback, and automated support systems, AI-driven solutions in employee engagement create a more responsive and adaptive work environment by enabling tailored experiences for employees. The use of AI in data-driven decision-making also improves strategic alignment with organizational goals, performance management, and workforce planning. Organizations may enhance employee happiness and retention, optimize HR procedures, and cut operating costs by embracing AI technologies. There are a number of obstacles that come with this change, such as the fact that HR automation raises ethical questions, worries about data protection, and the requirement for a workforce capable of utilizing AI tools. This paper explores ways in which firms might incorporate AI into HRM while still keeping a human-centric approach to workforce management in mind. It also addresses the possible advantages and disadvantages of AI in HRM.
