Abstract: The women-led entreprises are crucial for driving economic growth, enhancing food security and promoting social empowerment. These women are emerging as the key leaders and entrepreneurs. However, their sustainability and long-term viability is challenged by limited access to finance, technology and market opportunities. The critical role of various stakeholders helps in fostering sustainability of these women led enterprises. Various stakeholders were identified like the government and policymakers, financial institutions, non-governmental organisations, the private sector, and local communities. It explores the specific contribution of each stakeholder, highlighting how their collaborative efforts can dismantle system barriers. Findings reveal that sustainability hinges on a coordinated ecosystem where government provides an enabling policy framework, financial institutions offer gender-sensitive products and NGO deliver targeted capacity building. meanwhile private sector integration into value chains and strong community support are essential for market access and social acceptance. The study concludes that the combined, synergistic efforts of these diverse stakeholders are paramount for creating an environment where women-led-agri enterprises can not only survive but thrive, leading to a more equitable and sustainable agricultural future.
