Abstract: This paper contends that the digital transformation of Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) must be preceded by a profound shift in organisational mindset. Critiquing the traditional deficit-based model, the study advocates for a transition to an asset-based approach, guided by the principles of the "Inspiration Economy." This framework repositions NPOs as catalysts that identify and connect latent community wealth—human, social, natural, and physical assets—rather than mere distributors of aid.
