Data article : Unveiling the spatial link between geodiversity and biodiversity: a multi-taxon study in the South of France
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: These datasets describe relationships between biodiversity (birds, butterflies, flora) and geodiversity (geology, geomorphology, pedology, hydrology), complemented by climatic variables and a naturalness index.Data are organized into spatial grids at 5 km, 7.5 km, and 10 km resolutions. They include biodiversity and environmental CSV files, as well as shapefiles of grid cells. The datasets support statistical and spatial modeling of diversity across regional scales.
