Abstract: The ARAL Program is dedicated to the promising future of Filipino learners, and this future cannot be perceived without a clear vision. It must be based on preparation, including sufficient funding, teacher assistance, appropriate monitoring, and a realistic implementation rate. Visitors to the ground should hear the voices of teachers, parents, and learners to refine the program based on actual needs rather than policies.
