Abstract: This study aims to test the effect of burnout and teamwork on theproductivity of the construction workforce in the production section ofPT Gama Waskita Graha. By using 53 samples as research respondentswho worked at PT Gama Waskita Graha for one month to the last twoyears. The test was conducted using SPSS version 26 software withmultiple linear regression test analysis. The regression results showpartially that burnout has a positive and significant effect on theproductivity of the production construction workforce at PT GamaWaskita Graha and teamwork has a positive and significant effect on theproductivity of the production construction workforce at PT GamaWaskita Graha. This research can be used by companies in determiningpolicies or programs to increase the achievement of work productivitytargets through burnout and teamwork factors. This research haslimitations that only focus on the construction sector, so the results areless applicable to other sectors.Keywords: Burnout, Teamwork, Work productivity
