Abstract: Encouraging land accumulation and concentration in agriculture has been one of the key policies implemented by Hanoi City in recent years to foster the development of high-tech agriculture in the city. By synthesizing secondary data and relevant sources, this paper seeks to assess the current situation of agricultural land accumulation and concentration for high-tech agricultural development in Hanoi, identify the existing challenges associated with different forms of land accumulation and concentration, and propose several solutions to promote more effective land consolidation in support of high-tech agriculture in the coming period.
