Abstract: The aim of the presentation is to describe approaches to developing literacy in 16 Latvian as a heritage language lessons in four Latvian diaspora schools. The presentation is in English. The presentation is created during PostDoc project "Development of a Comprehensive Methodology for the In-Depth Study of Students’ Textual Experiences and Literacy Capabilities in the Language Classroom" (LU-BA-PG-2024/1-0014).
