Abstract: This repository contains the implementation code and methodology for the ACO–RFR framework for microalgal biomass estimation. It includes Python scripts for spectral index computation, feature extraction (spectral, textural, and environmental), model training, and performance evaluation, along with documentation to reproduce the workflow.
