Abstract: This article researches the phenomenon of pedagogical leadership in the modern educational space. You can get acquainted with the theoretical foundations and key models, structural components; learn about the role of pedagogical leadership in the management of educational organizations. The article reveals the interrelation of pedagogical leadership and resilience of educational organizations, the importance of pedagogical leadership in the conditions of modernization and change of the educational system. You are offered a systematization of approaches to the understanding of pedagogical leadership based on the analysis of scientific sources.
