Abstract: The pandemic-era phenomenon was highly conflictive between the two main actors in public universities: faculty and students, who were faced with the challenge of completing all the requirements for their university education. In the case of economic and administrative sciences, technology applied to compensate for the absence of the classroom provided a platform for self-improvement, communication, commitment, and the sharing of materials and experiences through a platform called Microsoft Times. This article presented the experiences and opinions expressed by faculty and students in this area of knowledge. The results obtained by the students demonstrated their performance and ability to adapt to the challenges of current technologies and the problems they faced in conducting their academic activities. Regarding the opinions expressed by faculty members, their capacity and adaptability to modern technologies were verified.
