Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job enrichment, participation,and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BinaBangun Perkasa, Kediri. A quantitative method with an associativeapproach was applied, involving 34 respondents selected throughpurposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires andanalyzed with multiple linear regression, including t-tests, F-tests, andthe coefficient of determination. The results show that job enrichment,participation, and the physical work environment have a positive andsignificant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employeeperformance. These findings highlight the importance of implementingjob enrichment strategies, enhancing employee participation, andproviding a supportive physical work environment to improveperformance and organizational success.Keywords: Humble Leadership, Professionalism, and EmployeePerformance
