Abstract: Thiruppuvanam is also known as the place where the Thevarapadal was sung and the 36th Thiruvilayadal Puranam of Shivanar was performed. Among the Thevara temples of the Pandya country, it is considered as the Thiruppuvana Kashi, having the special feature of ‘more than Kashi’. This study aims to examine the thertha specialities of the Thiruppuvanam temple, which is a temple that has various theerthas together, using a descriptive research approach.
