Abstract: This paper examines novel corporate governance models in multi-business holdings with a focus on digital transformation and sustainability. Drawing on the latest international reports (OECD 2024, Global Investor Survey) and domestic data, the paper analyzes challenges faced by Iranian holdings and compares them with global best practices. Three future scenarios are presented—optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic—followed by actionable recommendations for CEOs, policymakers, and investors. The study aims to provide insights for improving governance, transparency, and strategic decision-making in multi-business holdings while aligning with both international trends and local conditions.
