Abstract: This record hosts the Kraken2 classification outputs that support the manuscript “Insights gained into Vascular Streak Dieback, an Emerging Disease of Woody Ornamentals in the United States, using Metagenomic Sequencing.” The archive (csp_krakenoutputs2.tar.gz, 5.8 GB; MD5 shown on record) contains per-sample Kraken2 results and reports plus consolidated summary tables used in the analyses/figures. The fungi + oomycetes reference database used for classification is not included due to size restrictions; instead, an accession list is provided so the database can be reconstructed for full reproducibility. Files are organized by sample ID and can be re-summarized with standard Kraken2 utilities. Please cite this Zenodo record alongside the manuscript when using these outputs.
