Abstract: Studies on tribals in the Tamil social context are being carried out with great enthusiasm. In recent times, there has been a proliferation of literary records about them. Due to this, studies and criticisms are being conducted with great enthusiasm. Today's writers create very realistic works with the field research data they have collected. In this way, the novel Anaimalai by writer Prashanthve talks about a century-old tribal people living in the geographical environment between Pollachi and Valparai. This article attempts to examine this tribal community and the abuses of power that have occurred against them.
