The Sovereign Integration Framework: A Reproducible, Cryptographically Anchored Evaluation Framework (Pre-Release Edition)

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This record presents the Sovereign Integration Framework (SIF), a reproducible and cryptographically anchored evaluation architecture for quantitative claims in economics and governance. SIF integrates:- A methodological braid of ten canonical economic and analytical methods, - A seven-layer zero-trust verification stack (Merkle anchoring, PQC signatures, RFC3161 timestamps, reproducible build hashes, cross-model replication, watchdog consistency checks, and external API re-verification), - Machine-enforced transparency conditions. Each result is published with a downloadable Proof Bundle (JSON) including seeds, parameters, data DOIs, environment locks, and cryptographic anchors. This enables independent re-execution and identical reproduction of outputs. This pre-release is archived under DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17215142. It directly builds on the prior archive: FINCOM Series Framework: Deterministic, Verifiable, and Reproducible Economic Infrastructure (v1.0)*, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17199418. The definitive expanded release will be hosted at: - https://mohamed.tech (full version after countdown) - https://mohamed.space (temporary mirror).
