Evidence for the Gluvić Constant Ω₉ from Pulsar Timing Arrays
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This study reports observational evidence for the Gluvić constant (Ω₉ ≈ 31 nHz) using pulsar timing array data. Lomb–Scargle analyses, bootstrap false alarm probabilities, phase coherence studies, and Hellings–Downs correlation tests reveal consistent oscillatory signals in multiple pulsars, with false alarm probabilities below 10⁻³. Residual amplitudes correspond to strain levels h_c ~10⁻¹³ and effective energy densities Ω_SVR ~10⁻⁵. Band-limited Hellings–Downs analysis indicates spatial correlations consistent with a global oscillatory mode, providing empirical support for the Static Vibrational Reality framework.
