Abstract: This repository publishes the Aletheion Emergence Protocol (AEP) v1.3-Guarded: a vendor-agnostic, drop-in pipeline that upgrades next-token LLMs into a governed semantic field. AEP makes order-robustness measurable and enforceable: instead of one-shot answers, models produce navigational states with stability margins, drift monitoring, and an expiry horizon. Why it matters: For researchers: a measurable path from plausible text to governed field dynamics (ΔFold-P/Q, onset proxies, MCM_C, Horizon), reproducible across vendors. For AI firms: immediate analysis/diagnostics of existing models; a safe control layer for high-stakes deployment (law/health/finance) without retraining; clear engineering hooks for nonlinear semantodynamics and learned geometry/σ.
